Help! Where do I start from a regimen standpoint?
Every person’s skin is unique and reacts differently to certain products. The best way to figure out which products are going to work well for you is by selecting the ones that fit your skin type/concerns. The process may involve some trial and error but it is definitely worth it once you find a regimen that makes your skin look and feel amazing.

Did I receive an expired product?
You are not the first and won’t be the last to think that. All of our products have a printed manufacture and expiration date. It’s there. It may be difficult to find (under label or due to the color of the packaging). The first date will be the manufacture date; this is the date the product was produced. The second date located normally directly underneath the manufacture date is the expiration date. Now you can exhale.
Looking for a specific product?
We’re sorry. We hate when that happens! That product you’re looking for could be coming soon (to the US or online if it’s carried in store) or could be discontinued. If you have any product suggestions or requests, please let us know at help@theskinfood.com.
Looking for a physical location?
If you’re new to SKINFOOD, we get it. You want to test, feel and/or smell the product. Some of you are lucky enough to have a nearby SKINFOOD location. For the rest of you, our friends Ulta have been nice enough to bring a curated SKINFOOD line to an Ulta Beauty store near you.
Tracking your order?
Grab your order number and go here. (Seriously, it's that simple.) 
Sales tax?
Only purchases from California will incur sales tax. Sorry Californians, yay everyone (and everywhere) else!
How do I cancel or change my order?
Contact us at help@theskinfood.com immediately. We will make every effort to cancel and/or change your order. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, there’s nothing we can do. You will have to follow our returns process at that point.
Do you plan to roll out a loyalty program?
Yes, it’s coming soon. Keep an eye out for it or sign up for our newsletter and be the first to know!
Are your products cruelty free?
All of our products are cruelty free. SKINFOOD does not test its ingredients or products on animals. Additionally, no animals were harmed in the making of our products.
