Glycerin, Rice Bran Water, Lauric Acid
Put an adequate amount of cleansing foam on the wet palms and lather. Massage on the face and rinse off with lukewarm water.

I continually repurchase this product because it makes that much of a difference on my skin. Recommend for those who consider themselves to have dry and acne prone skin.
I have used the Rice Daily Brightening Cleansing Foam off and on and I love my results. When my skin seems dull, I always return to my favorite cleanser and scrub.
I've been using this cleanser for years and it's an excellent product. It's gentle and pleasant to use, versatile enough to remove makeup and SPF without stripping my skin. I live in a very dry environment and it doesn't leave me gasping for moisture either. I have normal skin but my mother (dry, mature skin) occasionally borrows mine in a pinch and has no issues with it.
It pairs great with any other moisturizer.
I will say the "Foam" part may seem a bit misleading. It comes out of the container in a cream that foams up with movement. It isn't a fluffy bubble bath type foam either, but I don't think that's against its favor.
